Client Service Manager
This full-time position based in our Atlanta office is dedicated to meeting the account needs of our high net worth clients. Working hand-in-hand with our Wealth Advisor team, the Client Service Manager will provide comprehensive account support including researching and responding to client inquiries, onboarding new client relationships and interfacing with our asset custodian partners. Additional responsibilities include billing and reporting support, client cash management and maintaining the accuracy of our internal programs and systems.
Above all, candidates must demonstrate exceptional client service orientation, willingness to collaborate with cross-functional team members in a small business environment, and eagerness to learn new skills while adapting to evolving client needs. Candidates should demonstrate strong personal initiative and intrinsic motivation, demonstrating the ability to operate without direct supervision.
Non-negotiable skills required for the job include Microsoft Office proficiency, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ability to coordinate multiple work streams with superior attention to detail and time management, ability to protect confidential client information, ability to prioritize time-sensitive projects without direct supervision, and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry and an understanding of core investing principles and vehicles.
