Head of Client Care
With client service at the forefront of all CornerCap employees’ minds, Jennifer’s role is 100% dedicated to leading client service initiatives – a job where her personal metric is to exceed expectations for clients on a daily basis. Comprehensive client support can mean anything from researching a custom account inquiry to facilitating the opening of a new account, transferring funds on behalf of a client or distributing assets within a family relationship. Jennifer is particularly adept at facilitating client requests thanks to her in-depth industry knowledge and nearly two decades of investment services experience, including time as a relationship specialist at Charles Schwab – one of the institutions that custodies assets for CornerCap clients.
